I am certainly not someone who advocates violence. BUT, I do believe we have a right to defend ourselves against evil. This elderly man believes the same thing. He was in a cafe and two teenage thugs came in with weapons. Their idea was to collect all cell phones, collect all money from the store and the customers, and leave. What they got instead was a 71 year old man with a concealed carrier permit and his trusty .380. This guy lit right into the kid with a gun. Shot him in the butt and leg. Both boys, age 19, and I call them boys because they are definitely not men, were so scared they ran out of the store. They were later apprehended.

Independence Day 2012
My favorite holiday with Christmas as a very close second. I hope we can always celebrate our freedom. And by "we" I mean our children and their children and their children...
