It has been MONTHS since I was on here! How is everyone? We have been busy this summer and fall with many, many changes in our house.
Meg is on a mission! She has been gone for three months and has been loving her new adventures and experiences. She is working very hard and has many investigators to meet with every day. We are so excited to get her letters and photos. She obviously doesn't have time to share everything with us but what she does, well, it all makes my heart leap! We are all so proud of her.
Madds started school for Dental Office. No teeth cleaning for her. She wants to make the appointments, do billing, filing and all the paperwork stuff! I am SOOOO proud of her!
Hunter loves being 14. His curfew just got a little longer and he has many friends to hang out with. He is taller than all of us but Jeff. He may pass Jeff this next year!
Jeff still loves school! And he is definitely more popular now than he was the first time he was in jr high!
I started another job working at a little craft and boutique store around the corner from our house. It has been nice to leave work and be DONE! They have very cute things there, so come see me!
We went to South Dakota this summer before Meg left. We drove a rental and stayed in a cabin just outside of Mt. Rushmore. It was fun to have a road trip and be together one last time. We saw real live prairie dogs, bison, elk, deer, squirrels, caves and huge mountains with people and horses carved into them! And lots and lots of road.
We all loved Mt. RushMOORE! but we loved Crazy Horse even more. Have you been there? Uh-maze-ing!
We saw the Minuteman Missile site. That was great. They had booklets of 1950's era bomb shelters that were very interesting to me. I just wish they had had an actual bomb shelter there! That would have been fun.
